We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. You will work closely with various departments to ensure our messaging aligns with overall business objectives while fostering a vibrant online community. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content tailored to each platform that resonates with our target audience and promotes brand awareness. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and feedback; respond promptly to comments and messages to foster community engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and public relations efforts. Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies; adjust tactics as necessary based on data insights. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing; recommend new tools or techniques that could enhance our online presence. Manage relationships with influencers and partners to expand reach and engagement. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management or public relations, demonstrating a strong understanding of various platforms and their audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair for storytelling. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is advantageous but not essential. A passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
