🚀 We’re Hiring: Flexcube Delivery Manager
We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Flexcube Delivery Manager to lead large-scale banking transformation programs.
📍 Location: Bangalore / Coimbatore
🔹 Experience Required: 14+ years
🔹 Industry: Banking / Financial Services
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Flexcube implementations
• Drive implementation, upgrade, and customisation projects
• Own solution design, architecture, and technical delivery
• Manage client stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams across geographies
🧠 Key Requirements:
• Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Flexcube
• Proven experience in implementing Flexcube version 14.3 or above
• Strong expertise in customization, integration, and technical architecture
• Deep understanding of Flexcube modules and banking processes
• Demonstrated experience in leading large delivery programs
• Excellent client-facing and problem-solving skills
