We are hiring for the position of Customer Care Specialist / Customer Care Executive for our company Webvio Technologies Pvt Ltd at Rajarhat, Kolkata.

This is a US Inbound Ticketing Process Candidate have to take 15 to 30 inbound calls in a day only and book flight tickets and train tickets for US customers as per their requirements and resolve their quires .

Need Candidates with Good communication skills and minimum6 months - 2 years of experience in any International BPO

  • Working days: 24 days working days in a month , 6 week offs, 2 paid leaves, 1 birthday Leave , 15 compensatory off for a year .
  • Shifts: US night shift , Fixed shift with Roster off
  • Incentive : UP to 4 lacs in a month ( Average incentive 30 k to 50k in a month ) apart from salary
  • Salary : 18k-28k ( No deduction on salary)
  • Training : 30 days Fully paid training will be provided

Responsibilities:-

  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Requirements:-

  • Proven customer care experience In any International BPO or Experience as a Travel Sales Representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
