Position Overview
The Website & Technical Specialist will oversee the complete digital performance ecosystem of Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. and its group entities. The role involves managing website development, technical SEO, analytics, UI/UX enhancements, data reporting, automation workflows, and continuous optimization to ensure global-standard digital presence.
This position demands a highly analytical, proactive, and technically skilled professional who can elevate brand visibility, optimize user journeys, and support marketing teams with accurate insights and performance-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Development & Technical Management
- Develop, update, and maintain the company website using Webflow, WordPress, MongoDB, MySQL.
- Ensure responsive, secure, mobile-first website architecture with seamless user experience.
- Implement Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Site Kit, and other tools to enable full-scale tracking.
- Manage plugin integrations, API connections, hosting, server-level settings, and regular backups.
- Conduct monthly sitemap updates and maintain robots.txt, llm.txt for accurate indexing and crawlability.
2. SEO Strategy, Implementation & Compliance
- Execute end-to-end SEO strategies across all websites using RankMath, Yoast SEO, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, GSC.
- Perform monthly SEO analysis to assess on-page, technical, and off-page performance.
- Conduct monthly competitor SEO benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Manage keyword research to support content teams with high-value topics.
- Track keyword ranking analytics and visibility metrics to plan page-level improvements.
- Monitor and audit backlink profiles to maintain domain authority and eliminate toxic links.
- Ensure universal implementation of SEO standards across new content, blogs, pages, products.
3. Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Build advanced analytics dashboards on GA4, BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI to evaluate traffic, user behavior, acquisition, and conversion funnels.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports integrating:
- GA4 insights
- Search Console data
- Market benchmarks
- Campaign outcomes
- SEO KPIs
- Track UTM parameters, user resolutions, device behavior, and campaign-level attribution.
4. UI/UX & Website Enhancements
- Lead UI/UX improvements using market-driven insights, competitor benchmarking, and internal analytics.
- Create and refine wireframes, layouts, micro-interactions, and user flows using Figma.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure website interfaces reflect HK brand identity, sustainability values, and global presence.
- Drive PageSpeed and Core Web Vitals optimization using Google PageSpeed Insights and manual improvements.
5. Automation & AI Tools Integration
- Develop automated workflows for emails, notifications, lead responses using WordPress plugins, Zapier, and custom scripts.
- Manage the CM WhatsApp Chatbot (Twilio API, Cloud API, Dialogflow, Node.js) for client communication, lead capture, and support - ensuring monthly enhancements and updates.
- Build and maintain the Website AI Assistant using OpenAI APIs to provide real-time support, product information, and user guidance.
6. Digital Marketing Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Social Media, and Creative teams to support digital campaigns with:
- SEO-optimized landing pages
- Tracking mechanisms
- Campaign reporting
- Insight-driven recommendations
- Ensure all digital assets (blogs, newsletters, promotional content) are fully optimized for organic visibility.
- Provide keyword strategies and analytics to the content and branding teams.
7. Innovation, Research & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with evolving SEO algorithms, web trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Introduce new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance website competitiveness.
- Evaluate and implement improvements across performance, design systems, user engagement, and lead generation.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong command over Webflow, WordPress, MySQL/MongoDB, website infrastructure.
- Deep hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, RankMath, Yoast, SimilarWeb).
- Expertise in analytics & BI platforms (GA4, GSC, BigQuery, Power BI, Tableau).
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, automation scripts, GTM events, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and user psychology.
- Experience in server management, hosting platforms, web security.
- Ability to extract insights from complex data and convert them into actionable strategies.
