🔹 Job OverviewWe are looking for a data-driven Website Revenue Optimization Specialist who can combine SEO strategy and WordPress expertise to maximize website traffic, user engagement, and revenue.
This role goes beyond traditional SEO—you will focus on turning organic traffic into measurable business outcomes (clicks, conversions, and affiliate revenue).
🔹 Key Responsibilities1. SEO & Organic Growth- Drive organic traffic through keyword strategy, content optimization, and SERP analysis
- Identify high-intent keywords (transactional & commercial) for revenue growth
- Optimize category, landing, and money pages for better rankings
2. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)- Improve website conversion rates (CTR, affiliate clicks, sign-ups)
- Optimize CTA placements, layouts, and internal linking structure
- Run A/B testing on landing pages and coupon/deal pages
3. WordPress Management- Manage and optimize WordPress websites (themes, plugins, structure)
- Handle SEO plugins like Yoast SEO / Rank Math
- Improve page speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile UX
- Ensure proper schema implementation and indexing
4. Revenue & Affiliate Optimization- Optimize high-performing pages for maximum affiliate revenue
- Analyze user behavior (heatmaps, session recordings)
- Work with affiliate/sales team to prioritize high-commission offers
- Manage seasonal campaigns (sales, festive offers, coupon launches)
5. Technical SEO- Conduct website audits (crawl errors, indexing issues, broken links)
- Improve site architecture and internal linking
- Handle sitemap, robots.txt, canonical tags
6. Analytics & Reporting- Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
- Monitor traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, and revenue impact
- Share weekly/monthly performance insights with actionable recommendations
🔹 Key Skills Required- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page, Technical, and basic Off-page)
- Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS
- Understanding of conversion optimization (CRO)
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing / revenue models (CPS, CPA)
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and UX principles
- Analytical mindset with focus on ROI
🔹 Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field
- Experience in coupon / affiliate / e-commerce websites
- Knowledge of A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, VWO, etc.)
