Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. As a Website Manager, you will oversee the development, maintenance, and performance of the company’s websites, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and alignment with business goals. Responsibilities include website design, content management, web analytics monitoring, and managing e-commerce/courses integrations. You will also collaborate across teams to execute projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement enhancements to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Web Analytics to monitor performance and track KPIs
- Experience with Content Management Systems for updating and organising website content
- Strong Project Management skills with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Understanding of E-Commerce systems to manage online transactions and user experiences
- Knowledge of Web Design principles, including responsive design and UX/UI optimisation
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with SEO and performance optimisation strategies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
