Job Description – Website Manager
Location: IILM Gurgaon & Greater Noida
Experience: 2+ Years
Type: Full-Time
Role Overview
Responsible for managing and maintaining IILM’s official websites, ensuring they are updated, user-friendly, and aligned with admissions and branding goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update website content (programs, admissions, events, etc.)
Ensure website performance, uptime, and error-free functionality
Coordinate with internal teams for content and updates
Implement basic SEO and track performance via analytics
Optimize key pages for better user experience and lead generation
Liaise with developers/vendors for technical fixes and enhancements
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
Basic understanding of SEO and website analytics
Good coordination and communication skills
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred)
