We’re seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Technical Support Engineer to assist our users with web hosting and related solutions.

 

Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will:

  • Provide exceptional support for web hosting platforms, addressing customer queries via tickets, calls, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux, control panels, and other web hosting technologies.
  • Use ticketing and CRM tools to manage, track, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Educate users by explaining technical solutions in a clear, user-friendly manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and resolve complex or escalated issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, blogging, digital marketing, and content creation tools.
  • Maintain shift flexibility, including weekends or holidays, and participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Linux, web hosting, and control panel troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, software applications, and common hardware.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Customer-focused mindset with proven problem-solving abilities under pressure.
  • Experience in customer support roles (2–3 years preferred), ideally supporting SaaS platforms or creative tools.

Good to Have

  • Relevant certifications in IT or web hosting technologies.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and industry challenges in blogging, digital marketing, and design.
  • Proficiency in additional languages beyond English.
  • Knowledge of content creation tools and processes.
