About SpatialChatAt SpatialChat, we build immersive virtual environments for events, collaboration, and online education, bringing back the human layer missing from traditional video calls. Our platform powers virtual conferences, networking events, career fairs, and community experiences for B2B customers globally.
Alongside SpatialChat, we operate Teemyco (virtual offices & async collaboration) and Pensil (community platform). This role will work across all three brands, shaping how we communicate, position, and scale our presence globally.
Role OverviewAs a Website Frontend Developer (Webflow), you will own the development and optimization of our marketing websites across SpatialChat, Teemyco, and Pencil. This is a hands-on execution role focused on building high-performance, conversion-focused web experiences using Webflow.
You will work closely with marketing, design, and GTM teams to turn ideas, wireframes, and content into live pages fast. The role requires strong Webflow expertise, attention to detail, and an understanding of performance, SEO, and scalability.
ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development (Webflow)
- Build, update, and maintain website pages using Webflow
- Convert designs, wireframes, and content into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages
- Develop landing pages, use case pages, blog templates, and product pages
Performance & Optimization
- Ensure fast-loading, high-performance pages (Core Web Vitals, page speed optimization)
- Optimize websites for SEO (clean structure, meta tags, schema implementation where required)
- Improve conversion rates through layout, structure, and UX improvements
CMS & Content Management
- Manage Webflow CMS collections for blogs, use cases, and dynamic content
- Enable marketing team to easily update content without developer dependency
- Maintain consistency across pages and components
Integrations & Functionality
- Implement integrations with marketing and analytics tools (forms, CRM, tracking scripts)
- Add custom code (HTML/CSS/JS) where required for advanced functionality
- Ensure tracking (GA, GTM, pixels) is correctly implemented
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with designers, content, and marketing teams for fast turnaround on pages
- Support campaign launches, experiments, and rapid iterations
- Maintain clean structure and scalability for future updates
What We’re Looking For- 2–4 years of experience in Website frontend development with strong focus on Webflow (mandatory)
- Proven experience building and managing marketing websites and landing pages
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience working with marketing and growth teams
- Ability to execute quickly with high attention to detail
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Technical Skills RequiredWebflow (Core Requirement):
- Strong expertise in Webflow Designer and CMS
- Building reusable components and scalable page structures
- CMS collections and dynamic content management
Frontend Development:
- HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript
- Responsive design and cross-device compatibility
Performance & SEO:
- Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization
- On-page SEO implementation (meta tags, structure, schema basics)
Integrations & Tools:
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- CRM and form integrations (HubSpot or similar)
- Custom code embedding within Webflow
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with animations and interactions in Webflow
- Basic understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization)
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma)
