Paid Internship Opportunity: Website Development
Location: Pune
Duration: 4 Months
At Passion Minds, we work closely with industrial and B2B brands to build websites that are not just good-looking but also structured for business impact. This internship is a good fit if you want real hands-on experience and not just theory.
What you’ll work on
- Website development and updates (primarily WordPress-based projects)
- Working with themes, plugins and basic customization
- Supporting landing page creation and microsites
- Assisting in website optimization (speed, responsiveness, basic SEO)
- Coordinating with design and content teams to build complete pages
- Testing websites across devices and browsers
Tools & Skills we are looking for
- Basic knowledge of WordPress (must)
- Understanding of HTML, CSS (basic level is fine)
- Familiarity with page builders like Elementor or similar
- Basic understanding of website structure and UI
- Interest in learning SEO basics and performance optimization
- If you know tools like Figma, Canva, or basic JS, that’s a plus
What you will learn here

- Exposure to SEO, landing pages and conversion-focused structure
