Role Description As a full-time remote Website Developer Intern at NumPie, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of web applications and websites. You will work closely with senior developers and designers to implement responsive user interfaces, integrate front-end components with back-end services, and troubleshoot technical issues. Daily tasks include writing clean, well-documented code, testing features, fixing bugs, and assisting with performance optimization. You will also collaborate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and help implement UI/UX designs and brand elements across web properties. Throughout the internship, you will gain hands-on experience with modern web technologies, development workflows, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Web Development and Programming, with an interest in learning modern frameworks and tools.
- Basic to intermediate skills in Front-End Development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and a willingness to build responsive user interfaces.
- Exposure to Back-End Web Development concepts (e.g., APIs, databases, server-side logic) is preferred.
- Understanding of Web Design principles and ability to collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement layouts and visual elements.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow coding standards, and work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Good communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail; familiarity with version control tools (such as Git) is a plus.
