We're Not Looking for Average.
We're looking for a Website Developer Intern who's sharp with code and also understands how to make a website work for marketing — not just how it looks. If you know your way around Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel in addition to solid dev fundamentals, this role is for you.
Please Note: This internship has a strong path to full-time employment. If you perform well during the internship period, you will be transitioned into a full-time role based on your performance.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages.
Fix bugs, optimize page speed, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) — tags, triggers, and variables.
Implement and troubleshoot Facebook Pixel and conversion tracking.
Support integration of Google Analytics and other marketing/tracking tools.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to launch new pages and campaigns.
Manage assigned tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
Required Skills
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
WordPress or similar CMS platforms
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Facebook Pixel / Meta Events Manager
Basic understanding of Google Analytics
Familiarity with responsive/mobile-first design
Bonus: experience with React, PHP, or Shopify is a plus but not mandatory.
