We're looking for
Website Developers!
Responsibilities
- Design engaging, responsive websites and landing pages across desktop and mobile
- Translate wireframes, user flows, and concepts into high-fidelity mockups and design systems
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
- Create and maintain brand-consistent UI elements, style guides, and component libraries
- Improve website usability, accessibility, and overall user experience
- Participate in UX research and apply insights to optimize design decisions
- Ensure designs meet SEO and performance best practices
- Manage multiple projects and timelines, maintaining high attention to detail
- Conduct QA and design reviews during staging and post-launch phases
Qualification
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop/Illustrator
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centered design
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS to communicate with developers
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify)
- Excellent visual design skills layout, typography, color theory
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects
