About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Website Developer with strong hands-on experience in WordPress development and UI/UX design. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of website architecture, user experience principles, responsive web design, and modern development practices. The candidate must be capable of independently handling website development projects from concept to deployment while ensuring seamless user experience, performance optimization, and visually compelling interfaces.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in WordPress development, demonstrating a robust portfolio of successful projects. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and responsive frameworks is essential. Experience with popular page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or similar tools is required. A strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, along with familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD, is necessary to create engaging and user-friendly websites. Knowledge of website speed optimization, technical SEO, hosting environments, DNS, SSL, and deployment processes is also important. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites with high performance and responsiveness to meet client specifications and industry standards.
Design intuitive, user-centric UI/UX experiences for websites and landing pages that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Convert wireframes and mockups into fully functional, visually appealing websites, ensuring fidelity to design intent.
Optimize websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices to improve visibility and user experience.
Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to implement campaign pages, updates, and new features effectively.
Manage plugins, themes, hosting environments, and website security to ensure stability and protection against threats.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards to provide inclusive digital experiences.
Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and perform regular website maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Work alongside designers and other developers to continuously enhance digital experiences and implement innovative features.
