Role Description The Website Content Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar, responsible for planning, creating, and maintaining engaging content for Trendcave’s website and digital touchpoints. This role oversees the website content calendar, updates product descriptions, landing pages, and blog posts, and ensures all content aligns with brand voice, SEO best practices, and marketing campaigns. The Website Content Manager will collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product teams to launch new collections, promotions, and storytelling initiatives that highlight Trendcave’s quality and manufacturing strengths. Daily tasks include editing and publishing web pages, coordinating content-related projects, monitoring web performance metrics, and implementing data-driven improvements. The role also involves ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and accessibility, while supporting broader e-commerce and brand-building goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills to produce clear, engaging, and brand-aligned website copy.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management systems and Content Management workflows for updating and organizing site content.
- Proficiency in Project Management to coordinate content schedules, cross-functional inputs, and timely website updates.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret user behavior, and optimize pages for conversion and engagement.
- Familiarity with basic SEO principles, e-commerce best practices, and digital merchandising.
- Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and consistency, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfort collaborating with design, marketing, and product teams; strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in apparel, sportswear, or e-commerce environments is an advantage.
