About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Website Content Manager to manage and maintain the content across our website and online platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure that all product listings, descriptions, and technical information are accurate, well-structured, and up to date.
This role requires someone with strong attention to detail and a good understanding of computer hardware and IT products, as our website includes a wide range of technology products and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update website content including product listings, specifications, descriptions, and images
- Ensure all IT product information is accurate, well-organized, and updated regularly
- Upload and maintain new products across the website platform
- Work closely with the product and sales teams to ensure product data is correct and consistent
- Maintain proper categorization and tagging of products on the website
- Monitor website content quality and ensure a professional presentation of information
- Coordinate with developers or internal teams for website improvements and updates
- Review and update outdated content to maintain website accuracy
Skills and Requirements
- Previous experience in website content management, product data management, or similar role
- Good knowledge and awareness of computer hardware and IT products (such as CPUs, GPUs, RAM, storage devices, networking equipment, etc.)
- Experience working with CMS platforms, product databases, or e-commerce systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage large volumes of product information accurately
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
