The WebPros Learning & Development team serves both internal and external customers by providing comprehensive training and certification programs. Internally, we focus on onboarding new hires and enhancing the skills of our existing employees to ensure they are well-equipped to support our products and services. Externally, we operate the cPanel and Plesk public universities, offering certification pathways that empower users to master our platforms as well as their careers in the web hosting industry, ensuring they can leverage the full potential of our products in their environments.
Position Overview

We’re looking for a Trainer to join our Learning & Development team! This role is perfect for someone who is learn quickly and then transform that learning into exceptional learning experiences for others. with a variety of audiences, whether that’s presenting in front of a group, mentoring a colleague, or explaining a technical concept in a way that just clicks.

Key Responsibilities
Training Facilitation
- Conduct live virtual and in-person training sessions on WebPros products and industry topics.
- Lead interactive workshops, onboarding programs, and certification prep courses.
- Present complex technical concepts in a clear, engaging, and approachable way.
- Adapt training techniques to meet the needs of diverse learners, from technical teams to end users.
- Gather and apply feedback to continuously improve training sessions.
Teaching & Mentoring
- Guide learners through coaching and mentorship, ensuring they gain confidence and mastery.
- Support the development of interactive learning experiences that keep learners engaged.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging curiosity and collaboration.
Content Development
- Develop engaging learning materials, including videos, job aids, interactive exercises, and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts to refine training content.
- Ensure training materials remain accurate and relevant
- Utilize e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms (we’ll teach you if you’re not already familiar!).
Qualifications
- Strong public speaking, facilitation, or teaching experience (this can be formal or informal, such as mentoring, leading meetings, or tutoring).
- Ability to explain complex concepts in an engaging and relatable way.
- Passion for helping others learn and making technical topics more accessible.
- Creativity in making learning experiences memorable and effective.
- Enthusiasm for learning new tools and techniques related to instructional design.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in the Web Hosting industry - Technical Support, Development, Sales, or Other
- Familiarity with cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS, or other web hosting technologies.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Rise or Adobe Captivate.
- Basic knowledge of Python and/or web development languages like HTML, CSS, Javascript.
