Automation Skills : Strong in Selenium + Java.

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce, automation testing, and quality assurance methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of Salesforce implementations. Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. Identify, document, and track defects. Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues promptly. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java. Optimize test automation frameworks for efficiency and reliability. Execute automated tests to ensure regression coverage. Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce Classic and Lightning platforms. Gain hands-on experience with core Sales and Marketing Cloud objects (Lead, Account, Opportunity, Order, Service Contract). Understand the intricacies of Service Requests, particularly 850, 851, 852, 854, and 855. Adhere to industry best practices and standards for quality assurance. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Skills And Qualification
5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance. Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Hands-on experience with Selenium and Java for automation testing. In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
