About the Role

We are looking for a long-format fiction writer with strong English proficiency and deep expertise in Romance / Romantasy to adapt and develop serialized, audio-first stories for the US market.

This is not bite-sized writing.

It’s long-format fiction for novelists exploring Werewolf, Vampire, Fae, Dark Academia and similar genres- stories that unfold across 50+ episodes with sustained tension and strong cliffhangers.

What You’ll Do

• Adapt long-form fiction into serialized audio scripts for US listeners
• Localize narratives to reflect US tone, dialogue rhythm, and cultural nuance
• Maintain emotional continuity across multiple episodes
• Collaborate closely with Creative Leads to ensure consistency in tone and character arcs
• Leverage AI tools to enhance speed, quality, and scale of storytelling
• Contribute to a high-volume, high-quality content pipeline

What We’re Looking For

• 2–6 years of fiction writing experience
• You must be comfortable writing natural American dialogue and understanding reader expectations.
• Long-format storytelling experience is mandatory, experience writing serialized fiction (Wattpad, Dreame, GoodNovel, Galatea, etc.) is highly preferred
• Werewolf, Vampire, Fae, Dark Academia, Enemies-to-Lovers- you should understand the tropes and emotional beats that drive these narratives
• Published or written long-format Romance / Romantasy in English
• Strong editorial instincts and ownership mindset
• Comfortable working at scale in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
