  • Conducting market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth.

  • Implementing social media and digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
  • Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
  • Following up with leads and converting them into sales opportunities.
  • Handling inbound calls from existing clients to address their inquiries and provide assistance.
  • Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions in MS Excel for future reference.
  • Following up with prospective clients via phone and email to close sales deals.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding our customer base.
  • Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
