Job Description:
We are looking for skilled and confident Webinar Trainers who can design and deliver engaging webinars, mentor other trainers, and support content development initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, content understanding, and the ability to guide and evaluate fellow trainers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging webinars for students/parents.
- Design and develop webinar content, including session plans, activities, and presentation materials.
- Continuously improve content based on audience feedback and learning outcomes.
- Audit webinars conducted by other trainers. Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to help improve delivery and effectiveness.
- Train newly onboarded webinar trainers on content, delivery standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop resources and materials for the course.
Required Skills & Competencies- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience in conducting webinars or live online sessions
- Ability to give structured, constructive feedback
- Basic understanding of training evaluation and performance tracking
- Content creation and instructional design skills (preferred)
- Ability to mentor and guide new trainer
