Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Coordinate the scheduling, setup, and promotion of webinars using various platforms.
- Manage communication with speakers, including scheduling rehearsals and content collection.
- Develop and distribute engaging promotional materials such as email campaigns and social media snippets.
- Conduct pre-webinar technical checks and provide real-time support for speakers and attendees.
- Monitor live webinar sessions, manage Q&A, and resolve minor technical issues efficiently.
- Assist in post-webinar activities, including editing recordings, uploading content, and distributing follow-up resources.
- Track and report on webinar performance metrics (attendance, engagement rates).
