Staff Product Designer, New Products

At Webflow, we're on a mission to democratize the power of no-code. We believe the future of the web is no-code, and we're building the platform to get us there. We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to join our New Products team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to shape and build the next generation of Webflow's product offerings. You'll be responsible for driving the end-to-end design process, from setting the vision and strategy, to designing and validating solutions, to collaborating with engineering to bring them to life. You'll also mentor and lead other designers on the team, helping to elevate the quality and impact of our work.
