We are looking for a Webflow developer who can build with precision and think beyond the build.
At Cogwheel Studios, websites are not just outputs. They are immersive experiences that express a brand’s thinking. We are looking for someone who can translate design into high quality web experiences and push the boundaries of what the web can do.
What you will do
Build and launch websites using Webflow
Translate design systems and interactions into production ready builds
Develop responsive, scalable, and high performance websites
Create advanced interactions, animations, and custom components
Extend Webflow using code to build richer experiences and web apps
Continuously improve builds through optimization, testing, and iteration
Work independently while collaborating with designers and other tech specialists
What we are looking for
Strong hands on experience with Webflow
Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web architecture
Experience building responsive, component driven systems
Comfort working with CMS, dynamic content, and performance optimization
Ability to push beyond templates and build custom solutions
Strong ownership and ability to work independently
Technical skills that matter
Advanced CSS, Flexbox, Grid, and responsive systems
JavaScript and libraries such as GSAP or Three.js for interactions and motion
Experience with WebGL, 3D, or interactive product visualization is a strong plus
Understanding of scroll based storytelling and immersive web patterns
Performance optimization including lazy loading, asset optimization, and page speed
Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
Familiarity with tools like Figma for design handoff

Design sensibility across layout, typography, and interaction
Ability to think like a designer while building like a developer
