In this pivotal role, you will oversee a talented team of engineers focused on developing high-quality software products that meet the demands of our users. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team, while also working closely with cross-functional partners to align technical solutions with business objectives. Your leadership will empower your team to embrace challenges, innovate, and deliver impactful products in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of our projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring that we adhere to best practices and industry standards. Responsibilities

1. As an integral part of our worldwide engineering team you will lead by example and be a hands on developer.
2. Research, evaluate, and integrate latest technologies in the AI, Crypto, and Productivity/Entertainment space.
3. Lead and mentor a team of engineers in developing software products that align with the company's strategic goals.
4. Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
5. Implement best practices in software development to enhance code quality and team efficiency.
6. Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget completions.
7. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team.
8. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
9. Identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks, facilitating effective problem-solving.
10. This is an equity position, and as part owner of the company you will help drive our growth, and take ownership of the products.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in software development and engineering management roles, particularly in a startup environment.
3. Strong foundation of Computer Science fundamentals and the software product lifecycle.
4. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Go, and Rust.
5. Demonstrable skills in both Backend and Frontend development at large scale, such as React, Tailwind, Node, Redis, MongoDB, and Docker
6. Strong proficiency in AWS cloud infrastructure at scale, with Demonstrable skills in cost management.
7. Strong proficiency in AI LLM Inference, Stable Diffusion, and AI Model fine-tuning.
8. Proven experience and proficiency in managing and maintaining large scale GPU infrastructure.
9. Proven experience in shipping products.
10. Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
11. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
12. Ability to drive technical discussions and influence decisions at all levels of the organization.
13. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for overcoming challenges in a fast-paced setting.
14. Experience in EVM and Solana blockchain a plus
15. Experience with image recognition and object detection systems a plus
