You’ll Be Responsible for...

1. Deploying and operationalizing MLOps, in particular, implementing:
2. Model hyperparameter optimization
3. Model evaluation and explainability
4. Model training and automated retraining
5. Model workflows from onboarding, operations to decommissioning
6. Model version tracking & governance Data archival & version management
7. Model and drift monitoring Creating and using benchmarks, metrics, and monitoring to measure and improve services.
8. Providing best practices and executing POC for automated and efficient model operations at scale.

You’re a Good Fit if...

You are/have:

1. Total of 3-6 years of experience in managing machine learning projects end-to-end, with the last 18 months focused on MLOps.
2. Monitoring Build & Production systems using automated monitoring and alarm tools.
3. Knowledge of machine learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-Learn.
4. Experience with MLOps tools such as ModelDB, Kubeflow, Pachyderm, and Data Version
5. Control (DVC).
6. Experience in supporting model builds and model deployment for IDE-based models and autoM tools, experiment tracking, model management, version tracking & model training
7. (Dataiku, Datarobot, Kubeflow, MLflow, neptune.ai), model hyperparameter optimization, model evaluation, and explainability (SHAP, Tensorboard).
8. Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, ECS).
9. Experience with multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc).
10. Experience in distributed computing. 5+ years of experience in ML Ops or a related field.
11. Proven track record of building and managing ML pipelines, including data preparation,
12. model training, deployment, and monitoring.
13. Solid foundation in DevOps principles and practices with experience in CI/CD pipelines for ML deployments.
14. olid programming skills Python or other scripting language.
15. Experience working with on model performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
16. Strong understanding of data engineering principles and experience Experience with MLOps platforms like MLflow and Kubeflow.
17. Experience with relevant ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
18. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
19.  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
20. Strong assessment and problem-solving skills.
21. Ability to oversee and mentor a team.
22. Passion for ML and its potential to solve real-world problems.
