- Design and fabricate fixtures, stands, racks, tables, etc.
- Perform Cycle Time Studies and evaluating to improve our manufacturing processes.
- Collect data, perform tests, and support manufacturing operations.
- Analyzing test data and preparing technical reports or presentations.
- Updating material flows and layouts when changes are made to our process.
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical/electrical equipment.
- Troubleshooting our assembly process and components.
- Adherent to company policies and procedures.
- Update Controlled Documents through our Deviation and PECR process.
- Evaluating poke/yokes and determining feasibility.
- Participate in team meetings and technical reviews.
This is what you bring to us
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree from an accredited university or college in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering
- Good Knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Understanding of core engineering principles and ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hand tools, shop machinery, and measurement instruments (Tape measures, scales, calipers)
- Computer/AB/Siemens PLC skills a plus
- CAD/Inventor skills a plus
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic tool room machinery a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Work requires strict adherence to safety procedures to avoid exposure to health risk.
- Good verbal and written communication skills. Needs to be able to communicate with all levels within the plant.
