Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer with atleast 1-2 year of experience who is eager to learn and grow while working on real SaaS products.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in design who wants hands-on exposure to building user interfaces and improving user experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Design UI screens for web applications (CRM dashboards, workflows, etc.).
· Create wireframes, mockups, and basic interactive prototypes.
· Collaborate with product and development teams to implement designs.
· Improve existing UI based on feedback and usability observations.
· Maintain consistency using basic design systems and reusable components.
· Support ongoing design tasks and contribute to new feature ideas.
Requirements
· 0–1 year of experience in UI/UX design (internships included).
· Basic proficiency in Figma (preferred) or similar tools.
· Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, layouts, typography, and usability principles.
· Ability to create wireframes and simple prototypes.
· Basic understanding of responsive design.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
· Exposure to SaaS or dashboard-based designs.
· Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
· Familiarity with design systems (even at a basic level).
Work Samples (Optional but Recommended)
Candidates are encouraged to share a portfolio, Figma link, or any design samples (academic, personal, or freelance work). If you don’t have a formal portfolio, you may share any work that demonstrates your design skills.
