About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can design modern, professional, and user-friendly websites and digital experiences.
The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, understand how users interact with websites, and be able to turn ideas and requirements into clean, visually appealing, and functional designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites and web pages.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Design intuitive user journeys and improve overall website usability.
- Create website layouts, landing pages, dashboards, forms, and other digital interfaces.
- Ensure designs are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, spacing, icons, and overall visual identity.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other team members to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Review developed pages and provide design feedback wherever required.
- Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis to identify design and usability improvements.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX, website, and digital design trends.
- Make design revisions based on feedback and project requirements.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX or Web Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating website and UI/UX design work.
- Proficiency in Figma is required.
- Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Strong knowledge of UI principles, UX concepts, typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS and how websites are developed will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand requirements and independently create design solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
Good to Have
- Experience designing websites for digital marketing, SaaS, or technology companies.
- Experience with tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Webflow, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of UX research and usability testing.
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
- Experience working closely with developers during website implementation.
