We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Web Systems Developer to join our growing startup ecosystem and help shape the digital infrastructure of a next-generation technology and advertising platform.
This is not a conventional “task-only” web development role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building websites, working with content, experimenting with ideas, and contributing across multiple areas in a fast-moving bootstrapped environment.
You will work closely with founders and internal teams to develop and maintain modern web properties, content systems, landing pages, and digital experiences that support growth, storytelling, publishing, and platform visibility.

What You'll Work On
- Developing and managing websites using WordPress and modern web technologies
- Creating clean, minimal, responsive, and performance-oriented website experiences
- Working with content teams and founders to structure and publish web content
- Assisting in landing page creation, content formatting, and UI improvements
- Managing website updates, deployments, CMS operations, and performance optimization
- Supporting SEO structure, discoverability, and user experience improvements
- Experimenting with ideas across gaming, advertising, creator ecosystems, publishing, and digital products
- Contributing to design direction, content systems, and growth initiatives where needed
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has good written and spoken English
- Is comfortable communicating and collaborating in-person with teams
- Has a genuine interest in web technologies, digital culture, gaming, media, advertising, or creator ecosystems
- Enjoys wearing multiple hats across development, content structuring, design support, and operational execution
- Can work independently and proactively in a lean startup environment
- Has an eye for clean, minimal, aesthetically balanced website design
- Understands that websites are both technical systems and communication platforms
- Is ambitious, curious, and interested in growing with a startup over the long term
Technical & Creative Requirements
- Experience with WordPress development and CMS management
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive layouts, and basic JavaScript
- Familiarity with modern website builders, plugins, and frontend workflows
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and web performance
- Ability to work with written content, formatting, and publishing workflows
- Comfort with lightweight graphic or layout adjustments when needed
- Awareness of SEO fundamentals and digital publishing best practices
Preferred Profile
- Based in or around South Delhi for easier commute and better team collaboration
- Familiarity with the local work culture, startup ecosystem, and collaborative environment
- Someone who enjoys being physically present with the team and participating in ongoing discussions and experimentation
- Prior exposure to startup environments, freelance projects, creator communities, gaming culture, or digital media ecosystems is a plus
