We are hiring for the role of Web Support Engineer for the client US Based and the location is Gurugram
Job Type - Contractual (can be converted to Client payroll based on performance and requirement)
Shift Timings - General 8:00am to 5:00pm
CTC Budget - Upto 5 lakhs

Essentials: -
B.E/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent with 0-2 years of working experience in web domain with following skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good understanding of web technologies like C#, .NET (MVC or Web Forms), MySQL/ SQL Server, HTML, jQuery, and related web concepts & technologies.
- Strong analytical skills, quick learner and strong team player.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook is must.
- Good analytical and reasoning skills.
- Should be effective in grasping the process knowledge of projects and end to end business flow.
Job Role
- To provide 1st/2nd Level Production Support on eBusiness Web
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and troubleshoot to find the solution.
- Ensuring timely and accurate response to customer issues.
- Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.
- Interact with customers as and when required.
Academic Qualifications (Preferred any of following)
- B.E/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent
Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in Web Development and/or Production Support
