Role Description
This part-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru offers the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. As a Web Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic, user-friendly websites. Your responsibilities will include optimizing web performance, analyzing website data through web analytics tools, and delivering solutions that align with our strategic operational goals.
You will own
- End-to-end website design, development, and ongoing management
- Troubleshooting issues quickly and independently (performance, downtime, bugs)
- Managing hosting, domains, integrations, and basic IT infrastructure
- Ensuring a fast, clean, and reliable user experience at all times
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Proven ability to design and manage high-quality websites (please share live links)
- Strong problem-solving mindset—not instruction driven
- Clear communication skills - you should be able to explain tech simply and crisply
- Prior experience working with startups (speed and ownership matter here)
- Proficiency in Web Design and Front-End Development, including creating responsive and visually appealing web interfaces.
- Technical expertise in Web Development and proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for building and maintaining websites.
- Strong skills in Web Analytics to assess and optimize site performance and user engagement.
- Familiarity with aviation or related industries is a plus
Experience handling brand management/ marketing and client-facing interactions will be an advantage
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
