Roles within NeuIQ’s MaaS organization are designed for leaders and specialists who thrive in

Whether shaping ABX strategy, governing delivery, operating marketing platforms, activating paid media, or translating performance data into insight, MaaS professionals at NeuIQ play a direct role in how revenue strategy becomes real execution.

end-to-end ownership of how marketing systems, channels, and teams operate together; measured by impact, not activity.
Role overview: The Web & Search Optimization Manager is accountable for ensuring prospects can find the right content and convert once they arrive; across client engagements. This role exists to bridge technical SEO, search visibility, on-site behavior, and conversion performance into one cohesive optimization strategy. This is a hybrid SEO and conversion optimization role for someone who understands how demand is captured, shaped, and converted across the full buyer journey. Success in this role means diagnosing technical and behavioral issues, prioritizing the highest impact fixes, and driving measurable improvements in search performance and conversion outcomes in partnership with content, design, development, and paid media teams.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Own SEO strategy including keyword research, mapping, on-page optimization, and technical SEO fundamentals
- Improve search visibility and alignment to buyer intent
- Identify and reduce conversion friction across landing pages and key paths
- Translate behavioral and performance data into actionable recommendations
- Monitor and improve technical SEO health including crawlability, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, and page performance
- Identify, prioritize, and communicate technical SEO issues in partnership with developers
- Analyze search trends, intent signals, and performance data to guide content direction and optimization
- Review landing pages for clarity, relevance, search alignment, and conversion flow
- Run A/B tests or advise developers and designers on experimentation approaches
- Partner with the Content Strategist to shape search-led topics, messaging, and page structure
- Collaborate with paid media teams to align SEO, search intent, and ABM strategy
- Pull insights from analytics, heatmaps, and behavioral tools to inform decisions
