Role Description The Web Multimedia Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This position is responsible for designing and developing visually engaging web interfaces, multimedia assets, and digital creatives that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day tasks include creating and optimizing graphics for web and mobile, producing and editing multimedia content such as video and interactive elements, and collaborating with creative, marketing, and development teams to ensure cohesive digital experiences. The designer will translate briefs into compelling visual concepts, maintain design consistency across projects, and stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of Auburn’s digital output.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Web Design and Graphic Design for creating user-focused, responsive digital experiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in Multimedia and Video Production for developing and editing interactive and audiovisual content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics for producing high-quality visual assets, icons, layouts, and illustrations.
- Candidates should have proficiency in industry-standard design and editing tools (such as Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent) and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and effective collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates with a portfolio showcasing web and multimedia design work and with education or training in design, multimedia, or related fields will be preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer, Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or Video Editor.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Strong video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Hands‑on experience with AI‑based design tools and automated content workflows.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing graphics, web design, and video projects.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem‑solving ability.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment
