Role - Web Growth Product Manager | PUNE

Drive new freemium product adoption via web: Increase freemium landing page visits by optimizing high-impact traffic sources (content site, Ambassador program, homepage), reducing funnel friction, and strengthening visibility within deeper sites like the content site - client’s Parent Resource Center.
Own experimentation and conversion performance: Run a prioritized A/B testing roadmap across upper-funnel pages, ship at high velocity, scale winners fast, and drive measurable lifts in freemium landing page visits.
Build a durable growth system: Ensure clean tracking and attribution, maintain trusted dashboards, and partner cross-functionally to accelerate experimentation and improve landing performance.
Skills To Have
- 4-7+ years in Growth PM, Web PM, or CRO-focused product roles
- Proven record of driving free sign-up conversion lifts for a freemium product
- Strong experimentation discipline (test design, stats, interpretation)
- Strong funnel intuition + comfort going deep in the data (e.g. GA4, MixPanel, Amplitude)
- Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and focus on highest-leverage work
- High execution speed and strong cross-functional leadership
Nice To Have
- Experience with deeper funnel metrics -- like paid conversion, engagement, referral, etc.
