Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications and manufacturing systems.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Drive digital transformation by integrating ERP, MES, PLM, CAD, and shop-floor systems.
- Design APIs, microservices, and system integrations across business applications.
- Develop POCs, MVPs, and provide hands-on technical leadership where required.
- Establish architecture standards, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
- Build the foundation for the software engineering team and mentor future developers.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in Solution Architecture.
- Strong experience in designing scalable, distributed enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or similar programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, System Integration, SQL/NoSQL Databases, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Experience working with ERP, MES, PLM, CAD integrations in manufacturing or engineering environments is preferred.
- Exposure to IoT, Industry 4.0, or Smart Manufacturing is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience building products or platforms from scratch in a greenfield environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
