Role Description & Qualifications
We are looking for a Web Development Team Lead to help build and guide the technical foundation of CNS.
- High school students preferred (college students also welcome)
- Strong understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with tools/frameworks (React, Git/GitHub, basic backend concepts is a plus)
- Experience working on or building web projects (personal or team-based)
- Ability to guide and coordinate a small team of developers
- Willingness to take initiative and build from the ground up
