Role Description (Read This First)This role is for someone who wants to become a real full-stack developer, not just someone who writes code.
You’ll be working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment where:

Our goal is not just to train developers.
👉 We aim to shape you into a marketing-driven developer — someone who understands UI/UX, user behaviour, and growth, not just code.
What You’ll Do- Assist in building and maintaining websites (front-end + back-end exposure)
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams
- Learn to optimize websites for performance, UX, and conversions
- Debug, test, and improve real live projects
- Understand how SEO, CRO, and development connect together
What We’re Looking For- Someone serious about becoming a full-stack developer
- Strong foundation in Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- React.js knowledge is a strong advantage
- Basic understanding of back-end development (or willingness to learn fast)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Bonus Points (Nice to Have)- Experience with React or modern frameworks
- Familiarity with debugging and performance optimization
- Interest in marketing, funnels, or user psychology
