Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kanpur for a Web Developer specializing in WordPress and Shopify. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites, with a focus on crafting responsive and visually appealing user interfaces. Key responsibilities include customizing WordPress and Shopify themes, implementing functional back-end features, optimizing websites for performance, and troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The role also entails collaborating with designers and marketers to ensure the development of high-quality, user-centric websites.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Capability in Back-End Web Development, with experience in server-side scripting and database management
- Strong skills in Web Development, including building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress and Shopify websites
- Expertise in Web Design, with an understanding of UI/UX principles to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces
- Proficiency in Programming languages and frameworks relevant to building modern web solutions
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for debugging and optimizing website performance
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers and marketers
- Experience with website analytics tools, SEO principles, and modern development practices is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field preferred
