To strengthen our digital presence and enhance user experience, we are looking for a skilled web developer who can build modern, responsive, and high-performance websites.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented web developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in frontend development and website management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of modern web technologies and frameworks, with the ability to build responsive websites, implement interactive UI elements, and maintain high-performance web platforms.
Experience with modern animation libraries, motion frameworks, and interactive UI elements will be an added advantage.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Website Development:
• Develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Build dynamic web applications using React.js, Angular, or Next.js
• Develop and customize WordPress websites and landing pages
Frontend Development:
• Convert UI/UX designs (Figma or similar tools) into functional web pages
• Build reusable and scalable UI components
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
Interactive UI & Animations:
• Implement modern UI interactions using GSAP or Framer Motion
• Work with Three.js for interactive graphics or 3D visual elements (added advantage)
• Create smooth scrolling effects, transitions, and engaging user experiences
Performance Optimization:
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO-friendly structure
• Improve page load times and Core Web Vitals
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs or frontend issues
Collaboration:
• Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams
• Support development of conversion-focused landing pages and marketing websites
Required Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of practical web development experience
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with React.js / Angular / Next.js
• Experience developing or managing WordPress websites
• Strong understanding of responsive design and modern UI practices
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform)
• Experience with Framer Motion for UI animations
• Familiarity with Three.js or interactive web graphics
• Experience with modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind
Added Advantage:
• Basic understanding of SEO or Digital Marketing
• Interest in learning performance marketing or website optimization
