Roles within NeuIQ’s MaaS organization are designed for leaders and specialists who thrive in

Whether shaping ABX strategy, governing delivery, operating marketing platforms, activating paid media, or translating performance data into insight, MaaS professionals at NeuIQ play a direct role in how revenue strategy becomes real execution.
This is not traditional agency work. It is
end-to-end ownership of how marketing systems, channels, and teams operate together; measured by impact, not activity.
Role overview: The Web Developer (Digital Experience Developer) is accountable for building and delivering high-quality digital experiences across client engagements. This role exists to turn concepts, designs, and direction into fast, functional, and polished web and email experiences that perform. This is a hands-on front-end role for someone who can work end-to-end; from structure and layout through build, optimization, and tracking. Success in this role means shipping experiences that look right, work correctly, load fast, and are fully instrumented for measurement - without waiting for perfect inputs or handoffs.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain landing pages, microsites, and web components that support MaaS campaigns
- Own front-end development across web and email experiences
- Translate design direction into clean, responsive, production-ready builds
- Take ownership of the final user experience—not just the code
- Develop HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web pages and marketing emails in WordPress and HubSpot
- Build responsive emails from scratch or from partial designs
- Make smart design adjustments during build to improve layout, usability, and responsiveness
- Work directly from Figma and other design tools to pull assets, adjust spacing, and translate designs into reality
- Collaborate early with designers to reduce rework and improve build quality
- Implement forms, integrations, tracking pixels, GA4 events, and tags as part of page delivery
- Ensure pages are performant, accessible, and technically sound across devices and browsers
