Job Title: Web Developer & Graphic Designer (1–3 Years Experience)

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Developer & Graphic Designer who can manage website development along with visual design requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Laravel + PHP, along with a strong sense of design and branding.
Key Responsibilities
Web Development
- Develop, manage, and maintain company websites using Laravel & PHP
- Create and launch new websites for conferences and events
- Handle backend and frontend development tasks
- Integrate and manage payment gateways
- Ensure website performance, security, and responsiveness
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs/issues on existing websites
Graphic Design
- Design marketing materials, brochures, and conference creatives
- Work on layouts using Adobe InDesign & CorelDRAW
- Edit and manage PDFs using Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Create social media creatives, banners, and presentations
UI/UX & Multimedia
- Design website layouts and UI using Figma / Canva / Photoshop
- Support basic video editing for promotional content
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in Laravel & PHP development
- Knowledge of payment gateway integration (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, etc.)
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Design Skills
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Adobe InDesign
- CorelDRAW
- Photoshop
- Canva
- Figma
Additional Skills
- Basic video editing skills
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on corporate websites
- Knowledge of hosting, domains, and website deployment
