Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Developer located in Gurugram. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of the company's website and platforms. Daily tasks include coding, debugging, testing, optimizing website performance, and ensuring mobile responsiveness. Collaboration with designers and stakeholders to implement functional and visually appealing features is also a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Front-End Development, Web Design, and UI/UX principles
- Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming
- Proficiency in full-stack Web Development, including responsive and cross-platform design
- Understanding of coding standards, web frameworks, and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Experience with current web technologies and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in web development
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Basic understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, etc.)
- Familiarity with databases like MySQL or MongoDB
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate must own a personal laptop
- Must be comfortable working from the office in Gurugram (no remote option)
Good to Have:
- Experience with REST APIs
- Understanding of UI/UX principles
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
