Role Description
We’re looking for a Web Developer who can build fast, responsive, and conversion-focused websites. You’ll work closely with designers, SEO experts, and marketing strategists to turn ideas into high-performing digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain websites, landing pages, and sales funnels
* Build responsive, mobile-first designs
* Customize WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow websites
* Optimize website speed (Core Web Vitals) and performance
* Implement SEO best practices (on-page, technical basics)
* Integrate third-party tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM, Pixels)
* Troubleshoot bugs, errors, and performance issues
* Manage hosting, domain setup, and deployments
* Collaborate with marketing team for campaign landing pages
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
* Hands-on experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, customization)
* Understanding of responsive design & cross-browser compatibility
* Basic SEO knowledge (meta tags, page speed, structure)
* Familiarity with Git/version control
* Ability to debug and solve technical issues independently
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
* Experience with React / Vue
* Knowledge of Shopify or WooCommerce
* Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
* Experience with page builders (Elementor, Webflow)
* Basic UI/UX understanding
