Role: Web Developer Engineer
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an smart Web Developer candidates to work in a team environment to keep our website and product platforms updated. The selected candidate will be responsible to keep our website and product platforms error-free, SEO friendly, meeting industry guidelines and standards through smart – efficient – effective coding and design skills as part of the web development team.
Skill-set requirements
• Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
• The position requires proactive communication with colleagues.
• Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.
• Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP and APIs.
• Functional knowledge or hands-on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP) would be added advantage for product platform development and management. Responsibilities and Duties
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS/JS/Php/SQL practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Work with cross-functional skills to enhance overall user experience of our platforms
• Own various design tasks involved in the web development life cycle from start to finish Version-1.0 (2026)
Requirements:
• Final year of engineering studies (computer science / IT)
• Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development • Deep knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process to stay up to date with the latest On-page SEO standards
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
• Able to build / improve databases, tools for analytics and email marketing
• Familiarity with at least PHP and affiliated languages Technology Stack:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science.
• JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, Web Programming Skills, cross-browser compatibility, Web User Interface Design (UI), Security Principles, Object-Oriented Design, Web Services (REST/SOAP), Multimedia Content Development, API's, Visual Basic, PHP, MYSQL, NodeJS
Selection Criteria:

Training duration: 6 months
Stipend: INR 20,000/- per month FT Employment Upwards of INR 4.20+ (fixed plus variable)
