Role Description This is a full-time, remote Web Developer role responsible for building, improving, and maintaining PInterview’s online platform. The Web Developer will design and develop user-facing features, implement responsive and accessible interfaces, and ensure smooth, secure, and scalable performance across devices. Responsibilities include implementing new product features, integrating front-end and back-end components, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and optimizing site speed and reliability. The role also involves collaborating with product, design, and operations teams to translate user needs into technical solutions, writing clean and testable code, and participating in code reviews and continuous improvement of development practices.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Front-End Development and Web Design, including modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks for responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming, with experience building secure, scalable APIs and handling data storage and integration.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end Web Development, including application architecture, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git), testing and debugging tools, and common web security best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in edtech, career services, or video/real-time communication platforms is a plus.
