Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Coimbatore. The Web Developer will build, maintain, and optimize websites and web applications that support client marketing campaigns and brand goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing responsive user interfaces, integrating front-end components with back-end services, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role also includes debugging and performance tuning, collaborating with designers and marketers to translate requirements into functional features, and maintaining clean, well-documented code. The Web Developer will participate in code reviews, support website updates and enhancements, and contribute ideas to improve user experience and overall site performance.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Web Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining production websites.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including responsive layouts, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks or libraries.
- Experience in Back-End Web Development, such as server-side languages, APIs, and database integration.
- Skills in Web Design, focusing on usability, accessibility, and translating design mockups into functional interfaces.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, collaborate in a cross-functional team, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
