Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Developer based in Agartala. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites, ensuring functionality, usability, and a seamless user experience. The role involves the creation of front-end and back-end components, programming, and implementing innovative web solutions in alignment with business goals. Collaboration with team members to translate requirements into efficient web applications is an integral part of the job.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Front-End Development and Web Design, including experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming, with experience in frameworks and server-side languages.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Web Development, including debugging and optimizing performance of web applications.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and best practices in coding standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in developing web solutions for local and community-focused businesses is a plus.
