About The Role
As part of the Technology & Operations team, the Web Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining cutting-edge functionalities for enterprise web applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust digital solutions that support our operational and business objectives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, innovative in problem-solving, and eager to contribute to the digital transformation of our logistics services.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of hands-on full-stack development experience, with proficiency in React, Laravel, React Native, HTML, CSS, and related JavaScript/PHP frameworks. A strong understanding of databases, version control tools such as Git or SVN, and web server management (e.g., Apache, Nginx) is essential. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean, as well as knowledge of CI/CD and infrastructure management, is highly desirable. Additional familiarity with OCR frameworks, automated testing, and system testing will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop, automate, and maintain web applications and services to support business and operational goals while adhering to best practices in performance and code quality.
- Collaborate with team leads and members to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure design consistency and optimal user experience across applications.
- Document product features, development processes, and project milestones for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development to continuously enhance skills and project quality.
- Engage with operational teams, including yard staff, logistics, and accounts, to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into development cycles.
- Participate in system testing, debugging, and resolving issues independently to ensure high-quality deliverables.
