Framer, WordPress & Conversion-Focused Web Experiences

About The Role
Facctum is looking for a talented and commercially minded
Website Developer to help build, manage, and continuously improve our external website ecosystem across
Framer and WordPress.
This role sits at the intersection of
marketing, brand, user experience, performance, and web execution. The ideal candidate will not only be able to translate designs into polished, responsive websites, but will also understand how a B2B website supports
credibility, product storytelling, campaign conversion, lead generation, and commercial growth.
You will work closely with the Marketing team, designers, content owners, product stakeholders, and leadership to ensure that Facctum’s website presence is visually premium, technically sound, easy to maintain, and increasingly effective in supporting our go-to-market ambitions.
This is a full-time, Bangalore-based hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities
Website Development & Execution
- Build, maintain, and improve Facctum’s websites and landing pages using Framer and WordPress
- Translate approved designs, wireframes, and content structures into responsive, production-ready web experiences
- Develop and maintain reusable web components, page templates, and scalable CMS structures
- Customise WordPress themes, templates, plugins, and page structures where required
- Support ongoing website updates, troubleshooting, QA, and maintenance
Commercial Website & Conversion Support
- Help create and optimise product pages, campaign landing pages, webinar pages, gated content pages, and lead-capture journeys
- Work with Marketing to improve CTA placement, page structure, user flow, form experiences, and conversion paths
- Ensure web pages support Facctum’s broader commercial goals: stronger credibility, clearer product communication, and better engagement from target buyers
- Contribute ideas on how the website can better support demand generation, sales conversations, and audience trust
SEO, Performance & Accessibility
- Apply strong technical and on-page SEO practices, including metadata, heading structure, internal linking support, redirects, image optimisation, page hygiene, and crawlability
- Ensure websites are fast, responsive, and cross-browser compatible
- Monitor and improve page performance, load speed, and core usability
- Implement accessibility best practices and support a more inclusive, high-quality web experience
Analytics, Tools & Integrations
- Support the implementation of tracking, forms, and marketing integrations, including tools such as HubSpot forms, analytics tags, pixels, or related conversion infrastructure where applicable
- Work with Marketing to ensure campaign and conversion pages are set up for effective performance measurement
- Assist with CMS publishing workflows and page governance so content can be updated efficiently and accurately
Collaboration & Quality
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, Product, and leadership stakeholders to bring ideas to life in a commercially effective way
- Maintain a high standard of visual polish, detail, responsiveness, and web consistency
- Contribute constructively to discussions around site architecture, page clarity, user experience, and implementation feasibility
- Balance speed of delivery with quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Candidates with 2+ years of experience with an exceptional portfolio
- Strong hands-on experience building websites in Framer
- Solid experience working with WordPress, including themes, templates, plugins, and CMS management
- Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Good understanding of responsive design principles and modern web layout practices
- Experience in designing and translating Figma or similar design files into polished live web pages
- Practical understanding of website performance optimisation
- Working knowledge of technical/on-page SEO implementation
- Awareness of how websites support lead generation, conversion, and brand credibility
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver highly polished output
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks reliably, and communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving instincts and a willingness to suggest better implementation approaches where appropriate
Preferred Skills
- Experience building B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, financial services, RegTech, or other professional-services marketing websites
- Familiarity with HubSpot forms, CRM-connected web journeys, or marketing automation integrations
- Experience supporting analytics and tracking implementation, such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, or similar tools
- Basic JavaScript knowledge
- Understanding of accessibility standards and implementation best practices
- Experience with CMS-based publishing systems and scalable content structures
- Exposure to A/B testing, landing page experimentation, or conversion rate optimisation
- Ability to make thoughtful recommendations on UX clarity, page hierarchy, content presentation, and conversion effectiveness, not only execute received briefs
